Welcome to WordsLab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. App Usage

WordsLab is a learning platform that helps users study and memorize words using custom sets and folders. The app is intended for personal educational use.

2. Account & Data

You may register using Email, Google, or Apple Sign-In. Your data (word sets, progress, preferences) is stored securely in Firebase cloud infrastructure and may also be cached locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The app may offer paid subscriptions or premium features. Payments are processed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Advertising

The app may display ads through third-party advertising partners. These services may collect anonymous identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, abuse, or disrupt the app or backend
• Copy or redistribute app content without permission
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

WordsLab is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages that may arise from using the app.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
